Pleasant experience. Good customer service, the shop and staff are presentable and happy to help. Dealt with a member of staff who was very competent and had a brilliant knowledge of his own shop stock. I don't speak much French and was able to communicate in English which was a big bonus for me. I ended up leaving the shop with my bike fixed, the exchange was very easy and efficient. Good selection of stock. Recommended.

We bought a bike for our 7yo son, since it was a surprise gift we didn’t get the right mesure, when we saw we needed to downsize the bike, they took the one we got and borrowed us one for free until they had the correct size ready in their shop. All the staff is very kind and helpful.
